About Us

Soul Care. Practice. Friendship. Culture Care.

The Culture Citizen + Gallery is located in historic downtown Paris, Texas in the  original Alexander Bike Company Building.  It is an art  gallery & exhibition space, the working studio of artist Melinda (Millie) Watters, and host to art classes & workshops. We hope this space will catalyze soul care, friendship and encourage creative practices and culture care in our community.
