Service Description
Creating art in community provides encouragement and camaraderie. Culture Citizen aims to provide a stress-free environment where artists of all skill levels feel supported and known. Our open studio sessions provide space for you to bring in your own projects or let us provide a short assignment for you. Some supplies may be provided or supplemented depending on your project. You instructor and other students can help you get over the humps and stay the course to a finished work of art. Course facilitated by Melinda Watters.
Cancellation Policy
Payment in full must be made to secure a place in class. Registrations are accepted in the order they are received. A waitlist will be created in order of requests received after the course has been sold out. We ask that drop off/arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to class and leave/pick up no later than 15 minutes post class. We request that drivers or other guests of the student do not stay on site during the time of the class. If there is a cancellation of the class time and it is not rescheduled or changed by Culture Citizen Art League (DBA: Millie Watters Art) , the class time will be refunded. Culture Citizen Art League (DBA: Millie Watters Art) reserves the right to cancel/ reschedule courses for future dates due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen reasons or circumstances. If a student cannot attend a rescheduled course date, their registration will be forwarded to a future Culture Citizen course. Full refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. There are no refunds for no shows but a make up class date is available.
